Grainwell Puffed Grains

Formerly known as Ancient Brands Milling, Grainwell Puffed Grains is a leading producer of all-natural puffed grains and grain legume products. Our team had the privilege of designing their new state-of-the-art facility, spanning 90,000 sq ft. outside of Dyersville, IA. 

The design of the facility was centered around cutting-edge grain puffing equipment, engineered by CEREX, a Swiss company that leads the industry in grain puffing and granola manufacturing technology. The facility also features testing labs and an office area consisting of a modern lobby, conference room, and office space to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

Constructed out of pre-cast materials, the building combines functionality with durability, supporting Grainwell’s commitment to excellence in product production.
