Cedar Valley Cardiovascular Center

The new 5,000 sf addition to the existing building provides space for 9 exam rooms, 1 stress test room, 3 physician offices, patient registration and other support spaces. The addition is designed to expand the existing Cedar Valley Cardiovascular Center services, but can also be separated and operate as a as a separate clinic if it becomes advantageous for the Owner to sublease the space to other practitioners.
